Test Proctor and Administrator

Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures. They will greet examinees, verify identification, perform required security checks, and continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams. Additionally, they will report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency, maintain a secure environment and materials, and ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience. The right individual will also represent Prometric's vision, mission, and values, safeguarding the test center from misconduct.
