Part-time Data Entry/Inventory/Customer Service Representative.
We are a fourth-generation family-owned and operated company serving the seafood industry and we’re proud to be a leading third-party handler of fresh and frozen seafood.
Conveniently located in the Seaport Area (South Boston) accessible by bus.
The data entry position is part-time (15-20 hours) Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2pm-close (6/8 pm).
Position is evolving and hours may change based on the needs of the business!
The position will be responsible for completing the following daily procedures:
• Entering Bill of Lading (BOL) information for cross dock orders.
• Identifying BOL’s that are for inventory.
• Uploading web orders from the Queue.
• Signing in/out Drivers.
• Answering phone calls.
• Scanning and matching BOLs.
• Cross-train on all desks for coverage as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
