Lumen Director HR Solutions - Strategic Workforce Planning

The Role:
We need a leader who can drive large-scale HR initiatives, focusing on aligning with business objectives and enhancing HR capabilities. This role is critical in transforming our workforce strategy to ensure we have the right talent, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time, to meet the evolving needs of our customers and secure the company's future.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Development: Collaborate closely with senior leaders across departments to ensure that workforce planning strategies align with organizational goals and identify new opportunities to enhance the company's capabilities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to assess the current workforce and predict future talent needs. Drive workforce analytics to understand gaps, turnover, and opportunities for development.
- Design frameworks to assess and align workforce capabilities with business needs.
- Develop advanced workforce planning processes for optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce trends and skill gaps.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for workforce planning tools and systems.
What We Look For in a Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in workforce strategy, talent development, talent and organizational change, or related fields with 4+ years of leadership experience. Experience with workforce planning, talent development and upskill/reskill programs in a scaled environment.
- Strong background in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills required, experience with senior stakeholder management.
- Highly organized with experience running large-scale programs.
- Experience working with external third parties and building strong relationships and leading teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on tight timelines.
- Consulting or experience working closely with the technology teams.
- Experience in planning, designing, leading and implementing talent programs.
- Strategic Workforce Planning experience.
- Proven HR experience in leading organizational change and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Ability to travel as required.
