Experienced Door Installer

• Experienced Door Installer Needed*
• Pay: *$30-$36/hr (Depending on experience)
• Location:
• VALLEY WIDE (Must have own car)
• Shift:
• Monday-Friday, 5:30am-3:30pm. (Will need to be flexible to work some Saturdays.)
• Description:* Candidate will be specifically doing all of the commercial door installation in the building. This includes automatic entry doors, framework, and access controls which involves some electrical.
• Why Work Here
• Will be eligible for $1 pay raise after 90 days on contract with us. Based on performance and attendance. As a permanent employee, they are eligible for annual raise in July. Average raise is 4% of annual salary. However, it is based on performance. some people have gotten 6-7% raise and under performers have gotten 1-2% raise. Profit sharing: As a permanent employee, they are eligible for profit sharing. Based on the branches profitability in the year, the branch will receive a lump sum of money to disperse to their employees. Have given out checks to their employees that adds up to a few thousands of dollars.
