Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Title Sales Professional to join our Independent Escrow Channel of First American team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other industry professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of successful experience in the title insurance and real estate industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust with clients and effectively communicate the value of our services.

You will work closely with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence to drive brand awareness and support sales strategy. Your ability to listen to customers and understand their needs, as well as your persistence and tenacity in pursuing revenue opportunities, will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Buildd client relationships and secure new orders from new customers
• Develop and execute on a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, and their staff, lenders, and attorneys
• Assess individual client needs and develop plans to meet those needs
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence
