The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team at Marathon Electric. As a key member of our engineering lab and instrumentation group, you will serve as a technical expert and support resource for product development, manufacturing, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets">
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test procedures and results">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues">
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements">
• Design, develop, and implement new test equipment and procedures">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field">
• At least 10 years of experience in test engineering or a related field">
• Proven expertise in laboratory testing and measurement techniques">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team">
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
• Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment">
