Position Summary
The Data Analyst ensures various data analysis processes' accuracy, validity, and business value. This role is pivotal in establishing strong commercial relationships with internal clients, driven by the exceptional operational performance of team members. The position is responsible for maintaining the account and associated roles to the highest standards of quality, client satisfaction, and employee well-being.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Ensure the accuracy of weekly and monthly sales reports, with a comprehensive understanding of client-level business.
• Provide timely reporting of all sales data, evaluating variances and issues encountered during analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for complex data processes and effectively cross-train collaborators.
• Analyze, propose, and implement improvements in data structure and architecture for each account, based on indicator analysis, to generate value for customers and employees.
• Create and present departmental progress reports as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical
• Excel Skills include advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
• Skilled in Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for customer relationship management.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, among others).
• Able to create and interpret flowcharts for processing documentation.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient with KPIs analysis and fulfillment.
Organizational:
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.
• Ensure the careful handling of confidential data to maintain security and privacy.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving and emotional self-regulation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks properly
Data Transformation:
• Utilize Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks.
Data Analysis:
• Perform data analysis using Power BI to generate actionable insights.
• Analyze, propose, and implement improvements in data structure and architecture for each account, based on indicator analysis, to generate value for customers and internal employees.
• Implement robust measures to safeguard confidential data, ensuring there are no security breaches.
Reporting:
• Create advanced Excel reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Timely reporting of all sales data and ability to evaluate variances and issues encountered in the analysis.
• Create and present departmental progress reports as needed.
CRM Management:
• Leverage knowledge of the company's CRMs to manage and analyze customer data.
• Desirable experience with Salesforce and Clientspace.
Process Documentation:
• Develop and maintain flowcharts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, or detailed videos for data processes as needed.
Collaboration
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
Education & Experience
• 2 - 3 years of corporate experience.
• An undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a degree in a field that is technical or technologically related is preferred.
• Leadership or coaching experience.
• Advanced Excel Skills required
