TITLE: Senior Technology Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Salary Range : $80,000-$115,000/year
The Senior Technology Engineer role is responsible for helping firms to configure their technology tools to best suit the needs. The role participates in the onboarding of new clients and new technology tools.
What You'll Do:
- Technology Engineering - Provides superior client experience while independently managing the configuration of technology platforms
- Relationship & Communication Management: Provide transparency and enable collaboration between internal teams, clients, prospective firms, and within the industry.
- Subject Matter Expert - Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and internal partners. Ability to navigate the organization and best practices.
Skills/Experience You Will Need:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience with various the brokerage technology offerings
- 5+ years of consultative experience
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a concentration in a business or technology related discipline.
- Previous experience interacting with 3rd party vendor solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, writing and presenting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative, function independently, and work in a team
- Ability to develop and analyze alternative solutions and make recommendations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring that goals are met
- Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
