About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at Exide Technologies. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our injection molding equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $23.65/hour, plus a $1.50/hour shift differential. Additionally, you will be entitled to excellent benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Operation: You will be responsible for operating the injection molding equipment from start to finish, ensuring that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintenance and Repair: You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: You will monitor and control the quality of the products being produced, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Teamwork and Communication: You will work closely with other team members to achieve common goals, communicating effectively and providing support when needed.

• Technical Skills: You should have a solid understanding of mechanical systems and be able to troubleshoot complex problems.
