About This Opportunity
As a Product Director at MAPEI Corporation, you will be responsible for managing the full product life cycle, from pre-development to post-launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, as well as manage existing product lines to ensure financial success.
Manage the full product life cycle, including specification, testing, and launch
Collaborate with Research & Development on new product formulas
Develop technical data sheets and warranties in collaboration with the technical services department
Initiate production by providing operations volume estimates and creating the bill of material
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to define promotional activities and publicize products through press, sales teams, and distribution channels
Provide expertise in assigned product areas and contribute to company business plans
Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned programs to achieve financial goals and optimize resource allocation
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of industry-related experience, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience
Strong knowledge of product marketing, business planning, and go-to-market strategy execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Microsoft D365 and Power BI experience is helpful
Familiarity with BMS Policy and environmental laws related to product development and marketing
