Key Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores\
• Encourage and support clients in pursuing their interests and goals\
• Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers\
• Engage in advocacy efforts to promote inclusive and accessible communities\
• Document and report on clients' progress and experiences
