Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Intercontinental Engineering – Manufacturing Corporation is a leading manufacturer of heavy machinery, seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality engineering activities and drive process improvements.

As a key member of the QC team, you will be responsible for implementing standard problem-solving methodologies, quality tools, project management, and team dynamics to achieve sustained improvement in plant performance objectives and increase customer satisfaction.

You will leverage common quality tools and lean fundamentals to achieve higher levels of product and process quality through new product development support, supplier development, manufacturing quality improvements, and customer return analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with experience in a Quality function and proficiency in digital metrology software, APQP tools, and PPAP process.

In this role, you will also maintain controlled documentation, including document creation and revisions, and play an active role in building quality into our products and processes using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools.

You will work closely with suppliers, customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
