We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Systems Manager to join our team in Bridgeport, CT Area Jobs. As a Publishing System Apps Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our publishing technology stack, content management systems, and authoring, production, and publishing software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the support of publishing tech stack, content management systems (CMSs) & authoring, production & publishing software.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, resolve, and prevent issues, document, report, and provide training.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and managed services providers to deliver technical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role, managing and supporting CMSs.
  • Expertise in RWS Tridion & related applications: Tridion Docs 14 or higher, Sites 9 or higher, Tridion DXA, DITA Open Toolkit.
  • Strong web development and administration skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.
  • Familiarity with component CMSs such as Adobe and Sitecore.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira Confluence, Jira Software.
