Job Objectives:
We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist who will provide empathetic pharmacy consulting services to patients. Your role will include helping them understand effective medication usage and potential drug interactions. You will also offer critical preventive and clinical healthcare services, including immunizations and diagnostic testing, while focusing on positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhancing Patient Experience: Greet and assist patients with products and services, resolve their issues quickly, and ensure a positive experience by modeling excellent customer service practices.
• Pharmacy Operations: Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions. Efficiently manage pharmacy workflow and ensure compliance with all regulations and company procedures.
• Clinical and Wellness Services: Provide immunizations, diagnostic testing, and other healthcare services while fostering relationships within the local medical community.
• Team Leadership: Assist with hiring, training, and performance management. Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement among pharmacy staff.
Requirements:
• BS in Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant states.
• Experience with prescription dispensing, pharmacy operations, and insurance processes is preferred.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
