Attend meetings and actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with other Board members to establish policies and procedures for the effective management of workers' compensation claims.

Represent the Board in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and legal representatives.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the Board operates efficiently and effectively.

Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to workers' compensation.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the performance of duties.
