Lit Salon offers two locations in the Park City area and take great pride in being a high end salon offering an amazing salon and spa experience our guests have come to expect and appreciate. Our Receptionist is the first and last person guests interact with, making this position very important to the experience at Lit Salon.
We are seeking a fun and people loving person to join our Lit Summit team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are key traits that we are looking for. Our ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, exceptional at customer service, be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills. Interpersonal skills including phone, text and email communications will be very important. This position often acts as a point of contact between manager, employees and customers.
This position is Full Time for our LIT Summit location, which is located at 2730 Rassmusen Rd C-3 Park City, Utah. Shifts are Tuesday-Friday 10-7 or 9-6.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Open and close salon
Answer phone calls and book appointments
Assist clients
Keep the salon clean and organized
Keep track of inventory and place product orders
Assist with Marketing displays and social media
Running the cash and credit transactions
Answering emails
Pulling reports
Must be a people person and have excellent customer service skills
Familiar with various social media platforms
*Past receptionist experience is a plus
*This is a full time position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
