We are looking for an Oracle EPM Analyst to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Director - IT Applications will be based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
We are seeking a skilled Techno Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle EPM and Oracle EBS Financials to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EPM (Oracle EPBCS) and Oracle EBS Financials implementations.
• Conduct functional and technical analysis to identify solutions that meet business needs.
• Design, configure, and test Oracle EPM modules and Oracle EBS Financials to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
• Provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues related to Oracle EPM and Oracle EBS Financials.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure effective utilization of Oracle systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Oracle solutions with business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Lead and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making processes.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance meet business requirements.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new software solutions and tools to enhance business processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives for Oracle EPM systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial systems and data management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle EPM and Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) and Oracle EPM (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close).
• Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate
• Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Batch/Python/PowerShell)
• Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and Oracle Forms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Reports.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies

$131,500.00 - $189,300.00
