This includes responsibility for maintaining consistent execution, service quality levels, delivering key operational metrics and managing internal and external relationships which directly impact the outcome of service delivery. The Central Quoting Manager will also have responsibility of implementing new capabilities to include identifying operational processes, training, establishing performance metrics. This role is critical to Lowe's strategy to differentiate with Services enabling an Omni-Channel experience for customers.
