Corporate Governance Paralegal - Downtown NYC/Partial Remote

In house corporate governance paralegal role with a start-up subsidiary of a top tech company. This role is focused on Corporate Governance with hefty entity management duties. The company is registered in all 50 states and 4 territories. Duties include preparing and managing Board packs, maintaining all entity information in GEMS (Global Entity Management System), and tracking and monitoring annual report filings and service of process. This role will also help manage the US foreign business registration filings and annual renewals, and will working closely with members of the team overseas to fulfill their compliance and corporate governance requirements for international affiliated entities. 5+ years of Corporate Governance experience is required. Helpful if candidates have worked with international companies/officers & directors and knowhow to deal with international transactions (i.e., what if US regulators won't accept foreign notary). This position can be partial remote (only 2-3 days/week on site; balance remote) and office is located in Downtown NYC/Financial. Solid base pay/target bonus with opportunity for future stock options.
