SUMMARY IF POSITION:
The Title Examiner responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing title reports, preparing and filing legal documents, and curing and managing title issues.
Description of Duties:
Review of title reports completely and accurately
Documenting & communicating review results to client
Establishing an accurate chain of title, preparing and/or requesting assignments
Identify title issues & communicate them to the client
Initiate title curative actions
Follow-up on title issues
Experience and Skills:
2-3 Years real property title experience
Excellent communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Used to working in fast-paced, high volume, team environment
Experienced in working in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Remote work available/if applicable.
