Senior Program Manager | GTI Energy – Facility & Production Expansion
Company Overview
GTI Energy is a rapidly growing leader in manufacturing and energy solutions, committed to innovation and operational excellence. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning and execution of new manufacturing facilities and production lines. This high-impact role will work directly with Company ownership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic facility launches while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and business alignment.
Position Overview
The Senior Program Manager will lead the planning and sustainment teams in designing, launching, and optimizing new manufacturing facilities. This role requires strong leadership, cross-departmental coordination, and risk assessment capabilities to ensure the successful execution of facility openings and production expansions.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Planning & Execution
• The Senior Program Manager will oversee planning and implementation teams for launching new manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with Company ownership to develop and execute strategic facility expansion plans.
• Establish budgets, schedules, and operational strategies to ensure smooth facility launches.
• The Senior Program Manager will monitor and enforce timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams to align facility goals with business needs.
• Senior Program Manager will directly interface with customers, vendors, contractors, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Evaluate and mitigate operational risks as facility processes are developed.
Performance & Process Optimization
• The Senior Program Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and quality objectives are met during facility launches.
• Organize and manage all tasks related to facility design, resource allocation, and production setup.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing and operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Master’s Degree preferred)
✔ The Senior Program Manager must have 10+ years of experience in program management, facility planning, or operations leadership
✔ 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
✔ Proven track record in the design and launch of new manufacturing facilities
✔ Strong ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
✔ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
