  • The Inclusion and Diversity Recruiter - HBCU Campus executes and supports multiple programs, initiatives, and conferences in Atlanta, GA associated with the delivery of diverse candidates to meet entry-level and/or experienced recruiting demand.
  • This individual is accountable for developing new and managing multiple key internal and external client relationships across sphere of influence.
  • Collaborates on the development and implementation of strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion.
  • Executes recruiting strategies and marketing efforts for programs, initiatives, and conferences.
  • Communicates strategy/key messages to Diversity leaders and key business stakeholders
  • Builds relationships and serves as the point-of-contact for Accenture conference teams, diversity organizations, and business partners
  • Research best practices for full life cycle recruitment programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions
  • Interview and assess candidates
  • Plans, coordinates, and leads the execution of all logistical elements for programs and conferences including interviewing efforts (i.e., establishes schedule, solicits, and schedules interviewers, prepares interviewing materials) and candidate pipelining
  • Reviews resumes and applications to assess against entry-level profile; reviews paperwork to ensure feedback is documented appropriately and meets EEO guidelines
  • Serves as primary information resource for recruits throughout the conference and interviewing process
  • communicates status, answers questions, extends offers, coordinates all follow-up efforts
  • Enters recruit information into candidate management system
  • Tracks metrics and provides data and reports on a regular basis Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on all recruiting diversity initiatives, and metrics regularly.
  • Reports and delivers event outcomes to determine value of investments and future participation
  • Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities to event management and recruitment processes in support of national (local, regional) efforts
  • Manage heavy project-based workload, in addition to everyday volume
  • Travel to multiple locations and conferences in Atlanta, GA as business need requires, with a heavy emphasis in the Fall & Spring
  • May require overtime during peak season (Fall)
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing, event planning and/or recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relationship management experience
  • Campus Recruitment experience
  • HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) recruiting experience
  • Experience developing strategies and project management
  • Social media platform management and communications experience
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • A proactive approach to work with a "can-do" attitude
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
  • Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
  • For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $48,600 - $105,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
