Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products and providing a fast checkout experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card benefits, including enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including returns and general store recovery
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), AD sets, shrink, and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail and customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods
• Moving throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves

Work Environment:

• Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas
• Sometimes working outdoors or in stock rooms not climate-controlled
• Frame shop with glass cutter and heat press
