Furniture Delivery Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Furniture Delivery Professional to join our team at Levin Furniture and Mattress. As a key member of our delivery crew, you will be responsible for delivering home furnishings and appliances to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading merchandise from our warehouse or store locations
• Operating manual and mechanical equipment to perform delivery duties
• Verifying sales orders and product information prior to loading and unloading merchandise
• Communicating with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous furniture/appliance moving or similar experience is strongly preferred
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons weighing approximately 50 - 100+ lbs repetitively
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Basic numerical reasoning skills
