The Customer Care Representative is a vital part of the Business Support Services Team, whose primary objective is to deliver remarkable customer service to both internal and external customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. This is accomplished through in-depth knowledge of Company products and programs, in collaboration with the expertise of team members within the Business Support Services Department. Additional responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative include dispatching service and sales calls, paging drivers and directing incoming calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth communication between callers and employees by directing phone calls, paging, and redirecting to voicemail or email when necessary.
- We have established a streamlined process for managing sales and service requests by logging, processing, and dispatching them to our team members.
- Follow the predetermined agenda and regulate the opening and closing time of lobby and office windows.
- Extend a warm welcome to customers and guests, ascertain their requirements, reach out to the suitable staff members, and lead the visitor to the appropriate person, area, or department.
- Conduct the daily checks processing and scanning activity meticulously.
- Coordinate equipment-related service requests and ensure they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process walk-in sales.
- Handle all inbound mail, including letters, invoices, and other documents; classify and channel them to the relevant departments.
- Ensure that outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely manner using USPS, Fed Ex, or our internal mail truck as required.
- Match all cash payments to the correct invoices to prevent discrepancies.
- Optimizing the Processing of Operations Purchase Orders and Returnable Packaging.
- Oversee the dispatch of orders to the warehouses located in different regions of the company.
- Secure a steady stream of office supplies, ink, and business cards for the Sales Centers.
- The duty required is to oversee the arrangement and delivery of clothing that conforms to established guidelines.
- Arrange all donated items accurately and in an orderly manner following the donation protocol.
- Raising the Bar with Armada Coffee.
- The backup for a vault teller is trained to identify and resolve discrepancies in cash handling and reporting.
- Perform secretarial and administrative responsibilities for multiple areas of the company.
- It's crucial to maintain civility and professionalism when communicating with co-workers, management, and other associates.
- It is imperative to comply with all regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- To guarantee safety, obey all safety rules and equip yourself with the proper protective gear.

- From Monday to Friday, employees may work anytime between 6 am and 7 pm, with a mandatory one-hour lunch period, and a total weekly work time of 40 hours. There may be occasions when overtime work is mandatory.
