Duties and Responsibilities: As a teacher at Ridge Park Charter Academy, you will create an engaging and productive classroom environment that fosters academic growth and development. You will leverage a proven curriculum designed to drive student success, utilizing a set of curricular resources tailored to meet the needs of each student. By analyzing and utilizing student data, you will inform your teaching strategies to maximize student outcomes. Collaborating professionally with fellow teachers and support staff, you will work together to meet the goals and individual needs of each student.
