People & Places Technology Partner Manager plays a critical role in design & delivery of our global P&P systems. P&P Tech Partner Manager understands deeply the business of Talent Acquisition, the pain points and business priorities. You work very closely with the business, COE teams and leadership to create a Vision and Strategy for technology and data enablement. To deliver on this vision, you will partner with t4i to translate this vision into a Technology Roadmap and ultimately ensure the successful delivery of working products that are scalable and sustainable long-term.
This role requires both strategic thinking as well as the ability to galvanize the team for the shared outcome, align resources and skills and see the work through successful delivery. In this demanding and fast-paced role, you represent the COE and through deep understanding of the business needs prioritize the work that is needed to enable the P&P services. Portfolio of work includes large cross-functional initiatives as well as All Other Work - systems and process enhancements and business critical changes to P&P systems.
Responsibilities- Deeply understand the Talent Acquisition domain at Intuit and the short and long term priorities. Based on this understanding, define a technology vision through strong collaboration, relationship building, strategic partnerships, influence, and both internal/external best-practices.
- Partner with TA and the business to build strong technology foundation and drive change across all levels of stakeholders
- Build a high performing team of highly talented and engaged professionals, lead, coach, and develop team to continue raise the bar on partnering with P&P and t4i and delivering value for Intuit
- Build strong and trusting partnership with key partners in t4i organization, work to build One-Team culture.
- Galvanize team and lead highly complex initiatives with accountability/ responsibility that transcends multiple teams and projects across HR and IT organizations
- Define business processes and cross-functional connection points to ensure delivering the right outcomes for Intuit
- Manage business stakeholder relationships and governance structure.
- Manage strategic partnerships with key partners and vendors, ensuring they understand project deliverables, meet timing and cost deadlines, and collaborate with internal project stakeholders while augmenting internal team resources
- Ensure clear communication of project scopes, timing, and progress on an ongoing basis
- Be bold about the customer problem to solve, driving deep empathy and data-driven decision, with continuous experimentation to deliver for the customer.
- Ensure complete and full understanding and documentation of user stories and business requirements to enable technical solution designs, test cases, test evidence approval.
- Own and drive strategy for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which includes creating, maintaining, and executing UAT scripts including regression testing the new functionality before deployment.
- Understand technology trends and practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable evolving P&P business needs. Drive and implement best practices across all platforms, digital innovation, process automation.
