Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled to join our team at Trillium Staffing. As a direct hire opportunity in the Battle Creek area, this role involves repairing dies and making adjustments as needed to run them in accordance with customer standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot conditions in a production setting
• Perform die set operations
• Conduct PMs on metal stamping dies
• Perform quality checks
• Carry out other duties as required

Requirements:
• High School Education or Equivalent (GED)
• Journeyman Tool and Die Card from the Department of Labor preferred
• Experience working in a sheet metal stamping facility
• Experience with large transfer and progressive dies a plus
• Able to lift 40 lbs frequently depending upon rework
• Standing 8 or more hours, walking to assist in seat build, rework, etc.
• Ability to solve problems and work with support personnel
