Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to join their growing team!
Located in Greer, SC.
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
• Prepare Annual Quality Plans
• Lead Yearly Management Review Meetings as required by A2LA.
• Interface with customers regarding complaints, and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documents and records.
• Review/update calibration procedures for compliance with ASME/ANSI standards.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager during the review of Uncertainty Budgets.
• Collaborate with Technical and Operations Managers to provide Quality procedure training to technicians.
• Promote growth and continuous Quality Improvement across all areas of the company.
• Coordinate yearly Internal/external audits and complete customer surveys for all locations.
• Guide technicians through proper metrology methods when necessary.
