Store IT Infrastructure Engineer

Being accountable for the technology deployment and activation of critical technology for stores. Collaboration with TechOps sub-domain such as Network, Windows, Mobility, Client Computing, staging vendor services, field technicians, Project management, IT Asset management, etc. Collaboration with business and retail operations teams, Procurement, facilities, etc.
Collaboration with external partners such as research labs, external consultants/experts, hardware vendors, resellers, service vendors.
Provision and regular updates of hardware knowledge base (KB) articles to L1/L2 teams. A priority of this team’s work is to provide service delivery of new store deployments. This includes leading all aspects of the staging, deployment, and testing of all store systems. Collaborating with multiple teams to fulfill your responsibilities.
