In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Slot Floorperson/Attendant must communicate effectively about the functionality of the slot floor, including processes like Fast Cash and ticket transactions. The attendant is expected to respond to service requests in a timely manner, verify and countersign hand-paid jackpots, and resolve guest complaints with urgency and empathy. Maintaining cleanliness and security in the slot areas is also a key responsibility, along with adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The position demands a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Requirements
• One year of previous slot floor-person experience preferred.
