Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 45000.00The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Distribution Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Responsible for the day-to-day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure company's KPI's and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse, Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials, notifying the Buyer if supplies are needed and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Time management skills and the ability to delegate, excellent leadership and organizational skills, with an ability to anticipate and solve problems. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills are a must.1. Determine daily inventory / pull priorities using the Realtime Material Staging by Work Center report in IQMS 2. Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads 3. Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing activities 4. Verify accuracy of quantities for receiving product. 5. Maintain accuracy of inventory through cycle counts and warehouse activity -6. Maintain warehouse area in neat, safe and efficient condition. 7. Perform Distribution Manager duties in the event of absence, vacation or emergency. 8. Perform other duties assigned by the Distribution Manager9. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 10. Communicate and collaborate with other team members, Management, etc. 11. Control and organize storage and inventory space 12. Receive and inventory incoming product13. Have ability to ship product in accordance to Work Instruction14. Be able to proficiently operate the sit-down and stand-up lift as needed15. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. 16. Must be able to prepare FedEx and UPS express shipments17. Maintain Warehouse Audits 18. Maintain Warehouse cleaning schedule19. Perform duties of the shipping analyst20. Understand and apply ISO 13485 Clauses( 4.2.4, 4.2.5, 5.3, 8.3, 8.5.2, 8.5.3) to applicable role responsibilities. 21. Understand and apply AS9100 Clauses to applicable role responsibilities 22. Understand and apply ISO 14001 Clauses to applicable role responsibilities 23. Follow requirements of ISO standards to maintain and improve the Quality Management SystemEducation: High School diploma or GED preferred.Certifications/License: valid driver's license and PIT certificate (TPS will train)Essential Knowledge: Computer literate, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.Work experience: 2-3 years previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management positionPhysical Requirements: able to lift 50 lbs.
