We are seeking a channel partner Implementation Manager to join our team! The Channel Implementation Manager will work to integrate and implement our Partners to create a smooth and delightful experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced solutions-oriented enterprise project manager with a proven track record working in a cross-functional implementation role in a fast paced environment. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Project manage Partner Implementations, working with Business Development, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Infosec, Sales, Legal, Finance and any other needed team
  • Report on status of implementation, inefficiencies, and all project-related metrics
  • Support internal and external R&D teams to set up SSO & API for each partner where required
  • Set up eligibility, billing, and administrative functions with each partner
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Partner teams
  • Support Sales and Customer success teams with any Partner-related questions or improvements
  • Work with product & engineering to identify and develop any integration needs
  • Continuously contribute to our overall implementation process to ensure we adapt to Partner needs and provide a best-in-class member experience

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • 6+ years of customer-facing work experience implementing complex, multi-faceted projects with a consultative approach
  • B2B Experience in healthcare, healthtech, insurance or insurtech
  • Highly skilled in project management with proven track record of prioritization, attention to detail, and organization
  • Outstanding communication skills with a thoughtful and collaborative approach to relationships
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into an simple, concise actionable plan including capturing custom reporting needs
  • History of gathering data requirements necessary for a successful customer launch
  • Proven ability to think holistically about the needs of the company, while being analytical and detail-oriented
  • You are a top performer, a collaborative and cross-functional contributor who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurship
  • You value levity, humility, collaboration and deriving fulfillment from success achieved through the work you accomplish with others
  • Willing and able to travel as necessary, meaning minimum quarterly with a goal to be in NY twice a quarter. If based near downtown NY, then in office ~2x weekly is required.

What we'd love to see:

  • Demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, mental illness and broader U.S. healthcare system
  • Experience working within the benefits / Human Resource space
  • Experience working enterprise implementations
  • Prior SaaS-based / B2B2C solutions experience
  • PMP certification
