Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Summer Intern position within Strategic Business Transformation (SBT). Janssen Pharmaceuticals has locations spanning Titusville, Raritan, and Somerville, NJ as well as Horsham, PA. The SBT group offers the Summer Intern position within the Commercial Excellence (CE) division of Janssen. All SBT internships will be located at the Titusville, NJ location.

Strategic Business Transformation (SBT) Internship Overview:

Members of Janssen’s Strategic Business Transformation team are leaders in strategy management, high-impact strategic projects, and continuous improvement. SBT drives value creation by shaping product & portfolio strategies to fuel competitiveness & growth, and by ensuring excellence in execution of those strategies. We offer a fast-paced, cross-functional, corporate environment, working with leaders who are passionate about ensuring successful delivery of the most strategic J&J priorities. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about areas such as product launch management, project management, and business process improvement.

Position Components:

In this role, you will engage in key business initiatives, which may require you to:

• Liaise with business partners to understand business priorities
• Learn and practice effective meeting management for cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal partners to understand and identify needs and challenges
• Work with SBT lead to facilitate working sessions
• Contribute to the design of optimal business solutions/processes
• Learn and engage in Product Launch Management
• Support Project Leaders in tracking and monitoring activity completion
• Ensure timely delivery of commitments across cross-functional teams

Successful interns are required to:

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a graduate level degree, with focus on business, life sciences preferred.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is strongly preferred
• Be available to work full time (up to 40 hours) between June 2023 and August 2023
• Display a detail-oriented, highly organized mindset and able to manage multiple tasks
• Work independently as well as on a team
• A minimum of 4 years working experience, 5 or more years strongly preferred
