Inbound Call Center Agent

We are currently accepting applications in our call center for Call Center Agents. We answer incoming phone calls from our clients, majority are Medical Clients. We professionally greet callers, provide and document required information in EHR's, transfer incoming calls, and take messages as necessary. We also dispatch and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time. We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people to fill these unique and important positions.We are immediately hiring for In Office positions. Compensation: $18.00 per hourShifts Offered:Full Time 40 hours - 4 days9:30am-8:30pmYou must be available to work a weekend day, a Saturday each week OR a Sunday each week.Training:Training lasts approximately one week. You will have a set schedule assigned by the end of your training week.Again, we provide INBOUND customer support. We are NOT an INBOUND or OUTBOUND telemarketing center.Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented.
