One of SW Florida's top and most innovative home builders, is looking for a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Office Assistant with the opportunity to advance within the company ranks, including working on permitting, commissions and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Multi-task and manage a variety of duties in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Provide support to clients, vendors, subs and team members, maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
- Utilize digital platforms such as Excel, project management portals, state, county and municipal portals and other software tools to streamline processes and ensure project updates are properly managed.
- Assisting executive staff, scheduling, task management, prioritizing and assisting in all areas of executive staff needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in admin and/or office management or assistant is required. Home building or similar a plus but not req.
- Must possess strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and multi task.
- Seeking a long term position with the ambition to grow and be promoted
- Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms (Excel, portals, etc.).
- Ability to work well with both internal teams and clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Must be organized, dedicated and the abilty to learn quickly.
- Communication is key in all aspects of this opportunity. Must have great communications skills via telephonic, in person and with teams.
