Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations./liliTake names on a waiting list./liliRun the floor plan board./liliObserves tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables./liliTakes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available./liliCleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area./liliAnswers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant./liliInteracts with guests in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience./liliMay be required to fill to go orders, if applicable./liliMaintain restrooms throughout shift./liliOther duties as directed./li/ulpstrongWorking Conditions/strong/pulliPosition requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion./liliWork with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operating phones, computers/iPads, printers, and other office equipment./li/ulpOther Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
