Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

We are a big company with a small company feel.As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring delivery of quality services.This job is geared for someone who goes beyond and above to satisfy a customers needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeveloping long-term relationships with clients to ensure open-line of communication and exemplary customer serviceSchedule landscape maintenance crews and conduct site inspections to evaluate services performedProvide estimates for supplemental work & enhancements to improve the quality of landscapeDevelop and coordinate plans for the efficient use of personnel and resourcesResponding to customer requests same day and making sure they are doing correctlyOverseeing and running training meetings and safety meetingsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesManaging 18-20 small accountsEnsuring the safety of all maintenance crews under supervisionDispatch emergency calls 3 to 4 times per yearAttend board meetings and landscape committee meetings with clientsInterviewing, hiring, firing and training employees.Developing thorough landscape reports, proposals, and punch listsBenefits:1.
