This role requires a strong focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning. As an Apprentice Lineman, you will:
• Work under the supervision of experienced linemen to develop your technical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in training programs designed to enhance your adaptability and technical expertise.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety, adhering to Ameren's rigorous safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
