  • This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in Sales at Allstate.
  • Here we work on how to establish a target customer base by embracing best practices in sales and customer relationship-building.
  • On the job experience You will regularly meet with customers to drive production and achieve results in a virtual space.
  • You will collaborate to create techniques used to make connections in your community to generate sales and develop a network of referrals.

  • Formal learning You will receive robust educational materials for your summer internship to learn sales terminology, organizational structures, and business objectives.
  • Social Learning You will have an opportunity to collaborate with other interns across the enterprise, leveraging video conferencing, MS Teams, daily engagement activities, roundtables, networking sessions & much more!
  • Start Date(s): May 22nd, 2022
  • This internship is not available to students living in the following states: AK, CA, CT, FL, HI, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NV, NY, RI, WI, WY.
  • This 12-week internship includes a 1-week in person internship experience.
  • The remainder of the internship will be completed virtually.
  • (Allstate provides all necessary technology and equipment, including a laptop and covers the cost of the in-person experience) Job Qualifications
  • Pursuing Bachelor s degree
  • Current Sophomore or Junior
  • Involved in student organizations or extracurricular activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to follow-up with leads
  • Strong work ethic, focus on details and take initiative
  • Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Must be comfortable being actively involved in your community and utilizing influential skills to grow and bring in new customers
  • Compensation offered for this role is and is based on experience and qualifications.
  • The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
