We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have:
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Extensive experience with union environments, including labor negotiations and contract management.
