Mission: Renaissance Fine Art Classes has long been recognized as the largest fine art program in the world. We’ve coached tens of thousands of students in the art of drawing and painting, thanks to The Gluck Method.
The Gluck Method consists of information, demonstrations, exercises, and goal-oriented assignments – all arranged to build artistic talent from the ground up. The Method transforms someone without “natural talent” into someone who has the talent to create beautiful works of art.
With 45 years as the leader in the fine art education industry, we will train the right candidates in all aspects of instructing and/or managing a Mission: Renaissance studio location including:
· Administrative/Management Activities
· Fine Art Instruction/Product Delivery
· Customer Service
· Promotion and Marketing
No previous art experience necessary! All instructors regardless of background, are trained to teach children and adults how to draw and paint through our unique and exclusive art training program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Participate in regular training activities in order to stay current with growing trends and expansion within the company.
· Deliver classes to students using our proprietary, copyrighted method of art instruction, The Gluck Method.
· Coach, support and keep students winning in their individual, artistic growth throughout their stay with Mission Renaissance.
· Demonstrate a willingness to support various studios, programs and public events at multiple locations, when needed.
· Comfortably and clearly communicate with the public about our classes and method of instruction.
· Demonstrate the ability to work independently, as well as to set, focus and achieve long term goals that lead to the growth of your program.
· Communicate and work collaboratively with team members in order to support the growth of student programs and the company mission.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Previous teaching/instructing experience a plus but not required.
· High school diploma/equivalent or beyond.
· Basic computer skills.
· Management experience is a plus.
· PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our clientele, full background checks and fingerprinting will be required.
Initial training rate is $15.00 per hour. $15.50 per hour to start after completion of 6-8 week initial training program. Training will be conducted at our Corporate Training Center in Pasadena. A special per diem is available for those who travel from Orange County to Pasadena for training.
Incentive programs available for advancement. Program Directors also eligible for additional bonuses and commissions.
