Job Summary of Customer Support Advisor:
We are searching for an individual to fill the position of Customer Support Advisor and offer convivial and effective solutions to our clientele. The role mandates engagement with customers through different channels such as phone, personal contact, and electronic communication to tend to their enquiries, fix problems, and provide the necessary assistance. Ideally, the candidate will have a customer first attitude, excellent attention to details, and exceptional communication skills. As a potential employee, you will be responsible for ensuring customer delight and enhancing overall customer experience.
Responsibilities of Customer Support Advisor:
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and transactions.
Qualification of Customer Support Advisor:
• Previous exposure to customer service is of advantage.
• Displaying exceptional skills in connecting with others and communication.
• Skilled at devising effective solutions for customer issues by taking a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
• Competence in managing numerous tasks concurrently and succeeding in a high-tempo work environment.
• Basic computer proficiency coupled with familiarity with POS systems is necessary.
