Retail Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will support the General Manager in achieving store operational sales and profitability objectives. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and driving excellence in food service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the General Manager in maintaining inventory, cash, and forms according to company requirements.
• Provide outstanding service to customers, lead positive relationships with coworkers and guests, and maintain a consistent team-oriented attitude.
• Drive excellence in food service by executing processes, implementing goals to increase sales and margin, ensuring product quality, and utilizing training resources.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year(s) management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
