Seacrest Studios is excited to announce we are looking for a Creative Strategist!
Seacrest Studios is a closed-circuit TV and radio station for patients and families in the heart of Cincinnati Children's! At Seacrest Studios, patients and families are exposed to a unique and hands-on broadcasting experience.
The glass-front studio is home to WKID33, it is the hospital station for entertainment, celebrity guests and educational content, all broadcast directly to the TV in patients’ rooms on Channel 33.
Seacrest Studios works to positively impact all patients and families during their hospital stay through therapeutic and interactive programming that brings excitement and encourages optimism during treatment and recovery.
Seacrest Studios is open to all patients and families at Cincinnati Children’s. Located across from the cafeteria, patients and families are welcomed to join studio staff for any/all LIVE programming. If a patient is not able to join in person, the studio offers a variety of virtual opportunities to ensure every segment is accessible to the entire hospital population.
Job Responsibilities
• Customer service- Observe senior creative services team member interactions with internal clients. Assist senior creative team members in producing assigned video, copy writing or design projects. Complete small scope assigned projects. Take creative direction from senior team members and evolve feedback into final product (copy, video, design). With advice and guidance of senior staff, successfully integrate client input without compromising design, tone of voice or brand consistency. Learn how to appropriately work with external vendors. Learn and use our project management systems and asset library. Assist senior team members in bringing assigned projects to completion in specified time period.
• Production- Learn brand guidelines for all mediums (digital, print, promotional, environmental, editorial). Assist in the creation of projects appropriate to the position such as video, print and digital design, or copywriting. Assist senior Creative Services staff on enterprise-wide conceptual design projects, campaigns or other large initiatives as assigned.
• Collaboration- Take direction from senior team members to refine work. Work collaboratively/cooperatively with others to achieve goals. Proactively adjust one's style and/or efforts to complement those of the team. Develop positive working relationships with peers/colleagues. Provide support for team members. Contribute to and promote a positive and professional work environment/atmosphere.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous related work experience is ideal

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
