Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Ambassador to join our team at Moore DM Group LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing one-on-one donor relationships with callers, representing our clients based on their expectations and guidelines via inbound calls, outbound calls, and email management.
About the Role
• You will be assigned to client call queues based on your training and call volume.
• You will utilize training and client work instructions to perform tasks in client databases based on request from calls.
• You will place outbound calls based on client guidelines using files and/or databases.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while engaging with callers.
• Review client work instructions and database information to provide accurate support.
• Participate in client conference calls, trainings, and visits as needed.
Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish and experience in customer service and/or call center is preferred.
• Ability to understand communication presented in English and possess basic problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel to utilize for reporting and documentation.
