Forklift Operator/Weight room worker

We are looking for great candidates with forklift experience to join our Team._

Pay Rate: $19

Forklift operator shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Freight/Weigh room shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm overtime available Friday's

Duties:
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse or production area
- Safely load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Inspect and maintain the forklift equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities and perform inventory checks

Skills:
- Experience operating a Sit Down Forklift is Required, and preferably with knowledge of different types such as pallet jacks, hi-lo, etc.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on the forklift
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with the job
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and inventory management
- Basic math skills for inventory checks and quantity verification

This position requires a reliable individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks is essential.
