Vacation Rental Housekeeper – Independent Contractor

Hill Country Premier Lodging (HCPL), a vacation rental management company based in Wimberley, Texas, is looking for reliable and skilled housekeeper vendors to clean short term rentals. We are looking for 1099 Contractors who can provide exceptional cleaning services that will exceed all guest expectations (5-star).

Housekeeping contractors must provide their own cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket etc.) and transportation. HCPL will provide all guest amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, bath soaps, etc. Cleaning responsibilities vary from property to property depending upon home size

HCPL manages vacation homes in many areas of the Hill Country and is currently looking to augment our housekeeping team in:
• Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Canyon Lake, Johnson City,

Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize homes to HCPL standards.
• Perform standard household cleaning such as: changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping the floor, etc.
• Restock guest consumables and stage homes for incoming guest.
• Communicate with office about status of property.
• Identify and notate any guest damage to home.
• Photo-verify work on assigned tickets.
• Laundry duties- can be onsite washing or offsite taking to laundry facilities. (Depends on needs/location of property)

Requirements:
• Housekeeping experience in hotel or vacation rental industry preferred but not required
• Must own Smartphone to be able to access cleaning software in the field.
• Must be able to work flexible days/hours including weekends
• Must have vacuum, mop bucket, duster, and other cleaning supplies.
• Applicants must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance. Must be able to climb stairs.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete work in timely manner a must
• Detail oriented and dependable a must.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:
• We pay by the cleaning job. Candidates can expect to make $20-$25 hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
