Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Leasing Professional to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of apartment rentals, including attracting and assessing potential residents, completing lease documentation, and ensuring resident retention. Key Responsibilities
• Manage the leasing process, from initial contact to lease signing and move-in. Ensure timely and efficient completion of lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of applicant information and lease documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, and follow up with prospective residents a minimum of five times. Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and all company policies to ensure a compliant and ethical work environment.
• Collaborate with the office team to support business goals and objectives. Participate in marketing efforts, including researching surrounding community and competition to enhance marketing strategies. Assist in mailings and distribute flyers to promote our properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve resident satisfaction. Analyze market trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and good driving record required for travel to multiple properties. Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales focus are essential for this role.
