Forklift Operator/ Selector

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr-$19.25/hr

Shift: Multiple Shift Open

Operating machinery: Safely operate forklifts, industrial vehicles, and operate an RF Scan gun

Loading and unloading: Pick, pack, and load products onto and off trailers.

Storing and stacking: Move materials around the facility using pallets and crates, and stack loads in storage bays

Maintaining equipment: Inspect machinery for repairs and perform regular maintenance

Following safety guidelines: Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines, and be alert of other employees in the work zone

Completing documentation: Complete forms, handle documentation, cycle counting, and maintain production records

Quality assurance: Report product damage and shortages, and perform quality assurance duties

Rotating stock: Rotate stock so that oldest items are shipped or sold first

Cleaning: Maintain a clean work area

Note: This individual must be able to learn GMP’s, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required
• Must have Forklift experience
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
• Criminal background and drug screen required
